Many marketers use the same guarantee everyone else uses.  You’ve probably seen the same guarantee over and over again:

You Have A 30-Day Money Back Guarantee!

While having a guarantee is advisable and gives the chance for the customer to back out of the sale (and boost your conversions), they typical 30-day guarantee is starting to lose its effectiveness as a sales tool.

Here are some ideas you can use to spruce up your guarantee in your marketing. You have to stand out as much as possible if you’re going to compete and these will allow you to stick out.

If You’re Not Satisfied I’ll Pay You $5!

What you can do here is offer the typical money-back guarantee, but offer to pay the customer a certain amount of money over the price of the product.

This can improve your conversions since customers will think to themselves, ” If they are offering such a generous guarantee, then their product most be excellent!”

But better than that you can offer a:

200% Money Back Guarantee!

This is where you can offer to refund not only the purchase price but also pay the customer the price just for trying out the product.  This can really boost your conversions for the same reason as above.

But the difference is you’re offering to double their money if they are not satisfied. This can really skyrocket your conversions and take your business to the next level!

Now in case you’re wondering if you’re going to attract a lot of “Freeloaders” who will purchase and automatically refund, you are correct. But 9 times out of 10 the increase in sales you will get as a result of this aggressive guarantee could compensate for the number of refund requests.

So there are several guarantee ideas you can use for your marketing. If you’re using the typical 30-day money-back guarantee, you should test one of these and see if it boosts your conversions.
